How does AI meal logging work?
Open the nutrition section, select a meal, and use the camera or photo upload option. Hale analyzes the image to suggest food items and nutritional values. You can review and edit every entry before saving.
Can I work with a personal trainer through Hale?
Yes. Hale supports trainer–client workflows, including plan assignment, progress review, and communication. Availability depends on your gym or trainer subscription.
How do I build a workout plan?
Create routines from the exercise library, then assign them to a weekly schedule. You can adjust exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods at any time.
How is my data protected?
Account and fitness data are stored using encrypted infrastructure. We do not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details on collection, use, and retention.
Will my data sync across devices?
When you sign in with the same account, your data syncs automatically over an active internet connection.
